Discover our diverse range of courses, which aim to teach young people important life skills for their personal and academic development. Our courses are carefully designed to give children and young people the tools and skills they need to navigate their ever-changing world with confidence and assurance.

Children and young people today face ever greater challenges that they must overcome. These include, for example, changing and increasingly complex living conditions, increasingly diverse opportunities for communication and networking, constant availability, and the social consequences of an increasingly fast-paced society.

Added to this are the manifold past, present and future crises such as the coronavirus pandemic, wars and climate change, which are increasingly unsettling young people. We combine modern insights from psychology, education and health sciences with ancient Asian movement arts. In doing so, we have created a programme that helps young people meet the challenges of today's world.

In our courses, we focus on the needs of young people and impart valuable knowledge and experience through a variety of topics and methods. The content covers topics such as dealing with feelings and frustration, building a good class community, mindfulness and conscious communication, and dealing with one's own needs and those of others.
