A compact immersion into movement, philosophy & community — designed for modern life.

Micro-facts: Small group · Non-contact practice · English sessions · Solidarity pricing & optional payment plan

Why this weekend

Some weekends change more than a week of doing. In Heidelberg, we slow down enough to feel what matters — in movement, in circle, and in quiet moments in between. You’ll touch the essence and carry it home on Monday.

Who it’s for

People seeking a grounded way to live and lead: clarity without coldness, strength without aggression, boundaries without walls. Beginners welcome — if you can breathe and be kind, you meet what matters. (minimum 16 years old)

Who it’s not for

If you want performance metrics, quick fixes, or a spiritual bypass, this won’t fit. We move slowly on purpose. We keep it human on purpose.

The venue

Our own Dojang in Heidelberg — a light-filled, quiet room shaped by years of practice. The space carries the discipline and kindness of traditional Taekwon-Do: clear lines, soft silence, and the sense that every breath has a place. It isn’t a venue we rent; it’s home — and you can feel it when you step inside.
(Exact address & access info follow with your confirmation.)

What you’ll experience

  • Movement — the language of the body: Non-contact martial arts, mindful drills, simple patterns. Posture shapes thought; breath interrupts reactivity.
  • Philosophy — wisdom for everyday life: Yin & Yang (dynamic balance), Wu Wei (effortless action), Mushin (a mind that clings to nothing) — explored as habits of attention you can use at work and at home.
  • Community — a circle that carries: We don’t perform; we practice. We don’t fix each other; we witness.

Weekend rhythm

Wed – 21:00 arrival and opening practice
Thu-Sat – we start at 08:00 with a morning practice and end at approx. 21:00

Solidarity Ticket (application & individual decision)

We want to make participation possible regardless of financial situation. Solidarity places are limited and are allocated on an individual basis.
Here's how it works:

1) Select the Solidarity Ticket and answer the questions at checkout (short & confidential).
2) We will review your request individually and get back to you.
3) If approved, you will receive a personal booking link (with a discounted amount or installment payment).

There is no cost to apply. Proof is not required; we trust the information you provide.
